An insightful and hands-on workshop exploring the applications of Artificial Intelligence in academia, teaching, learning, scientific research and pharmaceutical research.
The workshop covered:

๐น AI tools for teaching and learning โ exploring AI-based tools to enhance teaching methodologies and learning experiences.
๐น AI-assisted literature search & research โ understanding how AI can assist in literature exploration and research workflows.
๐น Prompt engineering & effective AI prompting โ learning how to formulate effective prompts to obtain more relevant and useful AI-generated outputs.
๐น AI for scientific writing & presentations โ exploring the use of AI in scientific communication, academic writing and presentation development.
๐น AI tools for data analysis & interpretation โ understanding how AI can support researchers in analysing and interpreting research data.
๐น AI for enhancing research productivity โ exploring ways in which AI can streamline different stages of the academic and research process.
๐น Ethical & responsible use of AI โ highlighting the importance of using AI responsibly and ethically in academic and research environments.
๐น Hands-on exposure to AI-driven pharmaceutical research tools, including GeinDock, GeinMol, GeinTox, ForceADME and FormulationAI, providing an opportunity to explore their potential applications in areas such as molecular docking, molecular analysis, toxicity prediction, ADME assessment and formulation development.
๐น The workshop also provided valuable insights into the integration of AI with pharmaceutical education and research, highlighting how emerging technologies can complement scientific knowledge and research skills.
Overall, the workshop emphasized that AI can serve as a powerful supportive tool for academics and researchers, helping enhance learning, research efficiency, scientific communication and innovation while maintaining ethical and responsible practices.
