She has completed B. Pharm. from Government College of Pharmacy, Karad (Shivaji Universty, Kolhapur), M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Appasaheb Birnale College of Pharmacy, Sangli (Shivaji Universty, Kolhapur), Diploma in Computer Operations (Yashwantrao Chavan Open University, Nashik) and pursuing Ph. D. from Hon’ble Loksevak Madhukarrao Chaudhari College of Pharmacy, Faizpur (North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon). Her specialization is in Computer Aided Drug Design and research areas include Structure Based Drug Designing, Ligand Based Drug Designing, 2D, 3D and Group QSAR based Drug Designing, De-Novo Designing, Homology Modelling, Pharmacophore modelling, Lead Identification and QSPR Designing agonist and antagonist for the resistant bacterial strains. Synthesis, Purification, Structural Elucidation & Pharmacological Evaluation of following classes of compounds: Anti-tubercular, Anti-diabetic, Anti-malarial, Anti -inflammatory and Antibacterial agents She has been invited for guest lecture on “BASICS IN MOLECULAR MODELING” at National Conference “DAD-2008” conducted by UGC, at Marathwada University, Jalgaon., guest lecture on “STABILITY STUDY OF AYURVEDIC DRUGS” at National Conference on “Standardization of Herbal Drugs” conducted by Mumbai University Kalina, on 8 TH APRIL 2009., Guest Lecturer for M-Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) SEM–II on “Molecular Modeling, Protein and Peptide Chemistry and Pericyclic Reactions” at Nanded, SRTM University. Guest Lecturer for B-Pharmacy on “Organic and Inorganic chemistry” at Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Pharmacy, Bhivpuri, Mumbai University. She won 3 awards for the UG and 1 for PG Research projects. She has completed 3 Minor Research Projects, funded by University of Mumbai
