Dr. Kishu Mansukhani – President

Mr. Kishu Mansukhani, Trustee & Past President, graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Management Studies from USA. He worked with Tata Motors in Senior Managerial capacity and later as General Manager in Export Department in-charge of the international marketing. He was selected by the Tatas to head as CEO at an International Trading Company under Tata Incorporated USA. He was posted in New York for seven years. After nearly three decades with the Tara Group, Mr. Mansukhani started his own retail marketing and consultancy business which he manages with his son.

Mr. Mansukhani’s family has been associated with H(S)NC Board from its inception in India. He has been member of H(S)NC Board since 1973 and has served six years as Vice President and three years term as President of the H(S)NC Board. Currently, he is Past President and Trustee of the Board. In honour of immense contribution made by the Mansukhani family, three college, one campus and two schools along with number of libraries, auditoriums and other facilities of the Board’s institutes have been named after his family members.

He is recipient of Lions District Award for Sight for Sightless program and Appreciation Award from President of Uganda and Seychelles Island. He has also received from Ministry of Human Resources ‘The Sindhu Bhushan Award’ for dedicated services for Sindhyat.

Mr. Anil Harish – Immediate Past President

Mr. Anil Harish, Trustee, takes over as President of the Board, by rotation of three years tenure as per constitution of our Board. He is a very soft spoken and down to earth personality. Mr. Anil Harish, Advocate by profession, is a partner of the Law Firm, D.M. Harish & Co. which was founded by his father, Late Mr. D.M. Harish. Mr. Anil Harish’s practice includes many diverse areas of the Law which include property, exchange control, Foreign Investments, Trusts, Mills and Indian and International Taxation. He has been office bearer of some prominent Law Institutes and as an specialist in the field of Real Estate, he is on the Advisory Board of the magazine ‘Property Scope and the Accommodation Times Institute of Real Estate Management.’ He has been ranked by the prestigious legal directory of Chambers & Partners as a leading Tax Lawyer having a Solid Clientele both domestic and overseas organizations.

Mr. Anil Harish has authored several articles which are published in the Times of India, Hindustan Times and Several professional Journals.

Mr. Anil Harish is the Director of several prestigious Public Limited Companies i.e. Hinduja Golden Solutions Ltd., Hinduja Ventures, Future Retail Ltd. and Oberoi Realty Ltd.

Besides being Trustee of our Board Mr. Anil Harish handles the Trusteeship of several other Educational and Charitable Trusts i.e. D.M. Harish Foundation, The IndusInd Foundation, Rajni Patel Memorial Foundation and many more. Last but not the least he is the most sought after Speaker in India and Abroad and has delivered speeches at prestigious events at Brussels, Belgium, Addressed audiences at London, Dubai, Muscat and Jakarta besides being a regular Speaker on Annual Budget.

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani – Past President

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani is the son of eminent ENT Surgeon and Padmabhushan Dr. L.H. Hiranandani, an icon in the field of medicine. From his early beginnings of teaching Chartered Accountancy, Niranjan began his initial business by venturing into textiles with a weaving unit at Charkop in Kandivali in 1981. His first spark of recognition in the construction line came with their work in Versova, Andheri, in the mid Eighties.

Dr. Hiranandani is the Managing Director of the Hiranandani Group of Companies. The Group is today considered as a producer of best quality housing and commercial premises in the country. Apart from construction, the group had diversified into education, horticulture, hospitality, entertainment and retail. Mr. Hiranandani is known as Builder Extraordinaire and the man responsible for changing the skyline of Mumbai.

Leadership, brilliance, untiring zest of excellence and down-to-earth are words that come to mind when one comes face-to-face with Mr. Niranjan. The phrase ‘labore et constantia’ (with consistent efforts, one can scale greater heights) sums up his success story.

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani is actively associated with and holds key positions in various Government Bodies, Private and Social Institutions, Schools and Colleges. Continuing to serve the society in the best possible manner, the Group has forayed into the Healthcare Sector with 188 bedded Dr. L.H. Hiranandani Super Specialty Hospital at Powai and Thane. Some of his past achievements include drafting the State Policy for Slum Rehabilitation in Mumbai designed to improve the wellbeing of over 6 million slum inhabitants; acting as a trustee for the creation of Nathdwara Township as a heritage destination; serving on the board of the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO), an organization which distributes US$3 billion per annum to help fund the building of housing for low income families; acting as an adviser to the Government of India on housing and habitat policy for over a decade; and serving as Chairman of Housing Committee of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry )FICCI).
