LABORATORY LYOPHILIZER EBT 10 N
Lyophilizer, also referred to as Freeze Dryer, is the equipment used to freeze dry the products. Freeze drying involves the removal of water or other solvents from a frozen product. Freeze dryers carry out three steps for this process – prefreezing, primary drying and finally secondary drying. Freeze drying has been used in several applications however it is most used in the pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing of sterile preparations, oral lyophilizate preparations, drying of vesicular preparations, nanoparticles, solid dispersions and recovery of reaction products.

ROTARY EVAPORATOR WITH DIAPHRAGM VACUUM PUMP
Rotary evaporators are devices employed for removing solvents efficiently via the process of evaporation. The rotary evaporation process is one of the most widely used methods of solvent evaporation due to its optimal extraction and distillation performance. Rotary evaporation is used for synthesis, formulation and development of vesicular preparations, cocrystals, solvent recycling and scale-up production on the quest to novel therapeutics.

STABILITY CHAMBER
Stability chambers are used extensively in the pharmaceutical industry to simulate real-world environmental conditions and test product performance over time. This is a critical step in the drug development and approval process. In addition to pharmaceuticals, stability chambers can be used for testing cosmetics, food products, and even medical equipment. By subjecting these products to these controlled conditions, manufacturers can ensure they meet safety and quality standards before they are released into the market.
